"Helen was our Business Manager for four and a half years, during that time Helen managed the front end of the business.
She was in charge of our Accreditation against NZS 8171:2005 Allied Health Sector Standards, of creating, updating and developing Physio Directs processes and policies. She had extensive knowledge of the Gensolve Practice Management system which we used and all the associated areas of this program.
She was in charge of Health and Safety, she was our Privacy Officer, she dealt with patient complaints, physio complaints, created PowerPoints for meetings, developed clinical site audits, managed relationships with external providers and ACC. She managed the Administration Department, covered reception, sorted out payment problems. She did or managed everything that needed to be done within my business.
