Bennett’s Admin Consultancy was born from a simple truth: small business owners, especially in the Allied Health sector, are often stretched too thin. After 24 years working in Allied Health Administration and Management—primarily in physiotherapy—I saw firsthand how many practices needed reliable, on-call support to manage their operations effectively. I’ve always had a passion for process and system design, and I genuinely enjoy bringing order to complexity. Whether it’s crafting policies, streamlining workflows, or building quality systems from the ground up, I find real satisfaction in helping businesses run smoothly.

By mid-2022, I felt called to do something different. I left my Business Management role and launched Bennett’s Admin Consultancy to support business owners who need an extra pair of hands—without the overhead of a full-time hire. My goal is to take the pressure off, provide practical solutions, and help you build a business that’s not only compliant, but calm, capable, and ready for what’s next.
